Open Invoices, Unpaid Balances, and Net Terms

  • Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, all payments must be made in full before items are shipped. Orders with outstanding balances will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and cleared. Products associated with unpaid invoices remain available for sale to other buyers until paid in full—no exceptions.
  • Net terms may be offered upon request to clients who can provide a verifiable billing and payment history of at least one year. Approval is at the sole discretion of MaxWaxPax and is subject to credit review. Late or missed payments may result in revocation of net terms, prepayment requirements, late fees, collection efforts, or legal action.
  • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges responsibility for timely payment. Failure to comply may result in suspension of purchasing privileges and possible legal recourse.

All Sales Final Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after the sale is completed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. By completing your transaction, you agree to this policy.

3% Processing Fee Payment Policy

A 3% processing fee will be applied to all payments made via credit card or online payment platforms. This fee covers transaction costs and is non-refundable. The fee will be added to the total at checkout. By proceeding with payment, you agree to this policy.

MaxWaxPax is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose information regarding private sales to third-party companies or individuals. Your trust is our priority, and we strive to maintain confidentiality in all transactions.

Multi-Platform Invoice and Payment Policy (First Come, First Served)

MaxWaxPax operates across multiple online selling platforms, including our website, our MaxWaxPax eBay account, and TheHobbyNetwork.com. Orders are not considered finalized until full payment is received. To ensure products are reserved exclusively for you and not sold on other platforms, prompt payment upon receipt of the invoice is strongly recommended. Our policy operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Offers – Time Limits

All offers are subject to specific time limits. Offers not accepted and paid for within the stated time frame will be voided, and your account may be restricted from future purchases.

The current time limit to accept and pay for an item on which a buyer has made an offer is 30 minutes. If additional time is needed, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a non-refundable deposit.

Outgoing Shipments from MaxWaxPax to You

The majority of our inventory is securely vaulted with TheHobbyNetwork.com. After payment clears, we initiate a vault withdrawal request. Processing typically occurs within one to two business days, after which the item will ship.

All shipments include tracking and are fully insured. Items valued over $500.00 require a signature upon delivery—no exceptions.

For non-vaulted items, shipping is handled via UPS Two-Day Air (insured). We do not ship high-value items on Fridays to prevent weekend delays; such shipments are rescheduled for Monday. This policy does not apply to items shipped via UPS Ground.
