Find Auction Tracker in your Tools menu

Auction Tracker is an advanced tool available to members with Auction Tracker access. Open the Tools menu at the top of the page and choose Auction Tracker. Don't see it there? Just request access and we'll get you set up.

🧰

Not in your Tools menu yet? Auction Tracker is a members-only tool. If it isn't listed, reach out to request access β€” once it's enabled, it appears in your Tools dropdown.

Step 1

Add an auction to track

On the My Auction Tracker page, click Track New Auction. Paste the auction link, add an optional note for yourself, and set a price you'd like to be warned about. The Hobby Network reads the listing and starts watching it for you.

1

Paste a link, add a note, set your price

Drop in the auction URL from eBay, PWCC, or Goldin. Use the notes field for a personal reminder, and set a price threshold so you're alerted if it climbs past your comfort zone.

Any listing link works. Copy the auction's web address from eBay, PWCC, or Goldin and paste it in β€” The Hobby Network pulls in the title, current price, and end time automatically.

Step 2

Watch everything in one place

Everything you track lands on your My Auction Tracker dashboard. Each row shows the Item Title, Current Price, Bids, Ends In, and Smart Options β€” all kept up to date in the background. Switch between Active Tracking and Past Auctions with the tabs.

1

Your live dashboard, always up to date

Prices and bid counts refresh automatically, so the Ends In countdown and totals stay current without you reloading. Use Stats for a quick overview, or select rows and use Delete Selected to tidy up.

Step 3

Get alerted your way

Click the gear β€” Notification Settings β€” to decide what you're told and how. Turn on alerts for Price changes, new Bids, your price Threshold, and Timers (auctions ending soon), each delivered by email, SMS, or on the web. Handy automations round it out.

1

Choose your alerts and automations

Mix and match: get a text when a card passes your threshold, an email when the timer's almost up, or a web alert on every new bid. Optional automations include an alert sound, auto-opening the listing minutes before it closes, and auto-deleting auctions once they end.

Only hear about what matters. Set a threshold on a card and skip the noise β€” you'll get pinged the way you chose the moment it matters, instead of watching the clock yourself.

Tips & common questions

Set a threshold, relaxAdd a price threshold when you track a card so you're only alerted if it climbs past your number.
Let timers do the watchingTurn on timer alerts and you'll be reminded before an auction closes β€” no more missed endings.
Notes are for youUse the notes field for reminders like "Gift for Dad" or "Max bid $500" β€” only you see them.
Auto-open the finishHave the listing pop open a couple of minutes before close so you're ready to bid on the source site.
Which sites can I track?
Paste a link from eBay, PWCC, or Goldin. The Hobby Network reads the listing and keeps its price, bids, and end time up to date on your dashboard.
Will Auction Tracker bid for me?
No. Auction Tracker watches and alerts β€” it never places a bid. When you're ready, you place your bid on the original site (eBay, PWCC, or Goldin) yourself.
How will I be notified?
However you choose in Notification Settings β€” by email, SMS, or web alert β€” for price changes, new bids, your price threshold, and auctions ending soon.
What happens when an auction ends?
It automatically moves from Active Tracking to the Past Auctions tab, so your live list stays clean while your history is still there to review.
Do I have to keep refreshing the page?
No. Current prices and bid counts are updated in the background, so your dashboard stays current on its own.
