Pull a slice of your collection together, price it in one go, and hand a buyer a single clean sheet. Show them your list price beside what you’re actually asking — listed $900.00, offered $675.00.
Everything happens on one page. Filter down to the cards you want, choose how they’re priced, then send the sheet as a private link, an email, or a PDF.
From the menu choose Buyer Estimates, then New estimate. Give it a title you’ll recognise later — the buyer sees it at the top of the sheet.
The filters on the left work the same way as your collection list — player, sport, year, grading company, what you paid, when you bought it. You can also paste a list of cert numbers to include or leave out.
One tickbox does this.
Leave Post list price unticked and your percentage is a markup on what you paid. Tick it and the price is built from your asking price instead — and the buyer is shown that asking price in a Listed column. The box beside it renames itself to match, so it always says what it’s about to do.
Two more tickboxes sit underneath. You can show reference values, and you can hide the individual prices so the buyer only ever sees one lot total.
Cards you never put an asking price on simply show a dash — nothing is invented for them, and you’re told how many were left blank.
Tick individual rows, or use Select ALL matching to take everything the filters found. The projected lot price is the real figure — it’s what the finished estimate will say, to the penny.
Every card, your asking price, the price you’re offering, and one lot total at the bottom. This is exactly what they get.
Share the private link, email it, or download it as a PDF. While the estimate is still a draft you can re-price the whole thing from Pricing tools — switch between your cost and your list price, or change the percentage, and every line is rewritten together.
Your buyer doesn’t need an account. They open the link, and they can accept, counter, or decline right there.
Thank you for your support and God Bless ~ Otis
