Collection Analysis pulls recent market comps for the cards you own, shows where your list prices stand, and recommends smart updates — so you're always priced with the market, not against it.
Collection Analysis is an advanced tool available to members with Market Comp access. If you don't see Analyze Collection in your Tools menu, you can request access — then come back here and pick up at Step 1.
From the Tools menu, open 📊 Analyze Collection. You'll see your Total Inventory at the top. Search or filter down to the cards you want fresh comps for, tick them, and press Run Analysis.
Use the search box and the sport, year, grading company, player, and grade filters to narrow the list. Check individual cards, or use Select all pages to grab the whole set. When you're happy, hit 🚀 Run Analysis.
Come back anytime. Every report you run is saved under My Analyses, so you can reopen past results without re-running them.
Once it's running, Collection Analysis goes out and gathers recent market data for each card you picked. Bigger batches take a little longer — and you don't have to sit and watch.
You'll see it move through Fetching Market Data and Analyzing Your Collection, with a running count of items Processed and any it had to Skip. When it's done, we'll email you — so you can close the tab and get on with your day.
You can leave this page — we'll email you when the report is ready.
A few skips are normal. If a card is too rare or new to have recent comps, it's simply skipped — the rest of your report finishes without it.
Open your 📋 Analysis Results. Each card shows your Cost, current List Price, the projected Proj. P/L, and the Margin — with badges flagging where you're priced out of line. Set a Markup % and click Apply Price Updates to reprice in one move.
Green means healthy margin; a Critical badge flags a card priced well below where the market says it should be. Choose a Markup % to nudge suggested prices, then ✅ Apply Price Updates. Prices below are illustrative examples.
Nothing changes until you say so. Your live list prices stay exactly as they are until you click Apply Price Updates — the report is yours to review first.
