Anyone can reach you through your public contact form. Those messages land in your Contact Inbox — where you read them, reply, and keep things tidy, all without ever handing out your personal email.
Every member has a public contact form at /accounts/contact/<your-handle>/. A buyer, a fellow collector, or anyone with a question fills it out — no account needed — and it arrives in your inbox. Your email address stays private the whole time.
They add their name, email, phone, subject, and message, and can tick Send me a copy of this message to keep their own record. The form is protected against spam, so what reaches you is real.
Your email stays private. Visitors type their own contact details — they never see yours. That's what lets anyone reach you safely while your address stays off the page.
Open Contact Inbox from the Account menu (it's also on your dashboard) to find everything in one place. New messages show an unread count at the top; older ones you've filed away sit under Archived Contacts. When there's nothing waiting, you'll see No messages yet.
Unread messages stand out at the top. Click one to open the full message and reply. Anything you've archived is grouped neatly below in Archived Contacts.
Find it from your dashboard. The Contact Inbox link lives on your dashboard, and the unread count tells you at a glance when someone new is waiting to hear back.
Open a message to see the full note and a Your Reply box. Type your response, send it, and mark the message with a status — READ, UNREAD, REPLIED, or ARCHIVED — so your inbox always reflects where things stand.
Your reply is sent through THN — the sender gets your response without ever seeing your personal email. Mark it REPLIED when you're done, or ARCHIVED to file it away. Archived messages group into folders by sender email.

Deleting is permanent. The detail page can also permanently delete this message — this action cannot be undone. To simply clear a message out of the way, choose ARCHIVED instead so you can still find it later.
