Got an offer on a card sitting in your collection? The Member Deal Calculator pulls that exact card up by its cert number, remembers what you paid, and shows your take-home after eBay fees β in one click.
This is the third of our pricing calculators β the personal one. Instead of typing in a cost, it looks up a card you already own by its grading cert number, uses the price you paid (from your collection), and instantly tells you whether an offer is a profit or a loss after eBay's fees. Perfect for answering an offer on the spot.
New to the calculators? The Profit Comparison Tool and Simple Fee Calculator (both free, no login) cover any card by hand. The Member Deal Calculator is the shortcut for cards already in your collection.
Sign in, then open the Tools menu at the top and choose Member Deal Calculator. (It only appears when you're logged in β it's tied to your collection.)
Type the cert number printed on the card's grading slab (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) and the offer price you've been given, then tap Calculate Profit.
It finds the matching card in your collection, subtracts the eBay fee from the offer to get your net payout, then subtracts what you paid to reveal your estimated profit or loss. Green means you're in the black; red means the offer is below your cost.
You paid $1,800 for the card and someone offers $3,000. After eBay takes $320.90 in fees, you'd actually pocket $2,679.10 β a real profit of $879.10 over what you paid. Now you can accept, counter, or pass with the true number in front of you.
On your phone? The form and result stack into one column β enter the cert and offer, tap Calculate Profit, and the breakdown appears right below. Handy when you're negotiating a deal in person at a show.
