Set up your store the right way

Before you list, give your store a proper name, terms, and shipping β€” so buyers know who they're dealing with and exactly what to expect. Here's the setup, step by step.

Step 1 Β·

Name your store

Your store name is how buyers recognize you. Open Store Setup from your Dashboard and pick one of two options β€” use your eBay ID, or request a custom business name.

Dashboard→ Store Setup
1

Choose your store name option

Use my eBay ID names your store after your eBay username instantly. Request a custom store name lets you use a business name β€” it needs a quick verification document and staff approval.
