Part 1

Send cards into the Vault

You start from My Collection: pick the cards you want to store, request vaulting, and we generate a shipment for you to send in.

My Collection select cards Bulk Actions: Request Vaulting
1

Select cards and confirm the request

In My Collection, check the cards you want to vault, then choose Request Vaulting. You'll see a confirmation that spells out what happens next — the cards stay in your collection marked “Pending Arrival” until we receive and verify them.

You are requesting to move the following item(s) to the secure vault.

By clicking confirm, you agree to ship these items to our facility. The items will be marked “Pending Arrival” in your collection until they are received and verified by our staff.
2018 Bowman Chrome Juan Soto — PSA 10 Pending Arrival
2020 Prizm Justin Herbert — PSA 9 Pending Arrival

Print the packing slip and ship your cards

You'll get a unique Shipment Code and a packing slip to print. Put the slip inside the package with your cards and send it to our facility. That code ties your package to your account so we know exactly whose cards arrived.

Please print the packing slip and include it inside the package with your items.

We receive, verify, and vault

When your package arrives, our staff check each card against your request and mark them Vaulted. At that point they're securely stored and ready to sell or recall — you'll see them update in My Vault.

📋

Always include the packing slip. The Shipment Code on it is how we match your package to your account. Shipping without it slows down verification.

Part 2

Manage your vaulted cards

Open My Vault from your Dashboard to see everything we're holding. Select cards and use Bulk Actions to put them to work — all without touching the physical cards.

Selling a vaulted card? Because we already hold it, listing it for auction or buyback means we ship it to the buyer for you when it sells — you never have to pack or mail a thing. Listing options are covered in the Marketplace & Selling guides.

Part 3

Get a card back (Outtake)

Want a vaulted card shipped back to you? Select it and choose Request Outtake. You'll pick a reason and delivery method, and see the shipping and handling costs up front before you confirm.

1

Choose a reason, delivery method, and review the fees

Outtake costs are shown before you confirm: the shipping estimate (UPS 2-Day with signature), shipping insurance (0.5% of value), and the vault outtake fee (1.0% of value). Pick why you're removing it, choose delivery, and confirm.
