This morning we will be adding time zone support for both mobile and desktop users. Users will be able to edit this from their profile page. Please check back for confirmation of completion.

This is now completed. Users can now go to their dashboard https://www.thehobbynetwork.com/accounts/dashboard/ and the dropdown for time zones is at the top under account management.
