Payment notifications from our card processor can no longer be turned away by the site's automated traffic filter.

• Payment-notification addresses are now excluded from the automated scraping filter, so a notification arriving from a filtered network reaches the payment check instead of being refused at the door.
• Each of these notifications still has to pass its own signature check, exactly as before — nothing about how they are verified has changed.
