I put in the new 3D piece and removed the wheels, what’s the best way to prevent card slippage? I assume I was supposed to remove the wheels?

I didn't remove the wheels, have you tried with the wheels back in?

Need wheels removed. Depending on how many you are putting in, you basically concede that the first 2 will be pulled in but should be fine after that. If you are putting amount that fits nicely in loader, I always reach behind top of back card and pull forward a little, you will feel the cards almost reseat. If you tapped down the white arms then card slippage is very hard to avoid.
