Lots of paperjams

Hi I bought one of your feed arms and I believe I installed it properly.  Basically, I’m getting lots of feed jams where I wasn’t before.  I followed the video as best as I could.  Any advice?  I am scanning top loaded cards, is that the problem?  I know you scan mostly sleeved cards.  

Appreciate any advice.
