What is a good cheap laptop I can buy that is perfect for f8170 card scanning and selling on eBay?

Which laptop is it? there are multiple?
They were set to go from cheapest to most costly. As long as the Intel i5 is there that search bar is filtered to only bring up the ones that will work. So you can pick as you wish from cheap to expensive...but they are all good to go
