Replacement part still scratching back top of cards

I printed a bunch of te replaceme parts. It doesn't matter what I do, it leaves a scratch right down the centre of the back of the cards. I tried it raw out of the 3d printer. I tried sanding it smooth with very fine sandpaper. 

Its very noticeable with a penny sleeve on a it leaves a scratch down the entire sleeve.

I wasn't having this particular issue before the replacement part (the original arms were leaving a wider indent) and its the only change I've made since installing it.

Waht material did you use with your printed part?

TPU Filament. My best guess is that the piece is not sliding well in the slot and is possibly hitting the top edge. It's hard to check while in operation.
