TheHobbyNetwork uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate the platform. Each subprocessor has a documented data-protection agreement (DPA) or equivalent contractual commitment to process EU/UK personal data lawfully.
Subprocessors marked with a Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) note cover EU/UK→US data transfers via the European Commission's SCCs (and UK IDTAs where applicable).
